Brugs Beschuit is a rusk made by the bakery Oud Huis Deman in Bruges. A large white bread is cut in fine slices. The slices are covered in sugar and then backed in the oven. Very good with cheese. The history of the bakery dates back to 1880: five generations of female bakers made typical biscuits and other specialties from Bruges. Also Churchill was a big fan of the typical 'Kletskoppen'.
